When you request an Alignment Call, book an appointment, make an inquiry, or contact the practice, you may share your name, email address, phone number, scheduling details, and information about what brings you here.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to you, review and confirm scheduling requests, provide requested services, manage the practice, and meet applicable legal or professional obligations. It is not sold.

Scheduling and service providers

Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling. When you follow a link to Acuity or another third-party service, that provider handles information under its own privacy policy. Share only the information needed for the service you are using.

Confidentiality and limits

Conversations in the practice are handled with care and discretion. This practice is not psychotherapy, legal representation, financial advice, or emergency support, and this website should not be used to send urgent or highly sensitive information. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Security and retention

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, though no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, ongoing practice administration, or applicable obligations.
